Parents as Partners
In Holy Rosary School we have a very supportive and committed parent body. Parents in our school support us, and each other, in every way possible in order to enhance the educational outcomes for our pupils.
Parents get involved in school events, classroom initiatives, the school library and fundraising. Our most recent fundraiser, ‘Road To Tokyo’ raised over €8000 for our school! This phenomenal support from parents has made it possible to upgrade four of our old interactive classroom whiteboards to hi-tech Smart Touch boards! Our interactive boards were 14 years old, so this upgrade in technology will have a hugely positive effect on the children’s learning experience.
